SparrowHawk Affaires is a Federal circa 1760 registered brick colonial located right on the Kripplebush Creek. The DEC dedicated the stream an official NYS trout creek. We have five gorgeous manicured acres including a small orchard, wetlands and gorgeous gardens, galore.

• Room rates from $199 to $369 plus Tax. Prices subject to change and vary with season.
• Room rates are double occupancy. Additional guests are $25 per day.
• Reservations: When paying by personal check, traveler's check, or money order, a reservation made 14 days or more from the date of your arrival requires an advance payment of a one-night stay per room to secure your reservation. When paying by Visa, Master Card, or AMEX the total amount of your stay will be charged to your card at time of booking. A reservation made less than 14 days in advance requires payment in full (including all taxes) by Visa, AMEX or MasterCard, Please note that your card will be charged in full at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge. Cancellation policy does not apply to holidays and special events or functions. Cancellation less than 14 days forfeits deposit.
• Two (2) night minimum on weekends. $25 additional fee for single weekend night.
