Guest Rooms/Rates

Downstairs, adjacent to the sitting room and butler's pantry, is our charming Cherry Blossom Room. Originally the summer kitchen of the house, it is the most private of our rooms. Interesting features include a private entrance, a bathroom with the sink in the room, a heated porch, and queen size bed. Sleeping Beauty, a charming and cozy second floor room with a queen size bed and in-room bathroom and shower, honors the previous decorators and owners of the Bed and Breakfast. Mitten's Room can sleep two or three with a white iron daybed or sofa; the queen bed has a delicate green iron headboard. Decorated in a charming floral and vine design by Gramercy, this bright and sunny room has a private bath with old-fashioned skirted tub. Decorated in a masculine style, Bailey's Room is reminiscent of a library or study. It features a queen size bed and private bath. The timeless look of the Waverly toile fabric in brown and black gives this room a classic comfort our guests enjoy. Three lovely bay windows overlook one of the village's prettiest streets, Chestnut Street.
Many mid week bookings available.
  • Rates: Rooms feature king, queen, and twin size beds and range in price from $120 to $170 and are subject to state and local taxes.
  • Reservations: Two night minimum stay required for weekends; Three-night for holiday weekends.
  • Deposits: A Visa or MasterCard will be required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations:A 14-day cancellation policy will be strictly enforces
  • Check-In: Our scheduled check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., but late arrivals can be accommodated if prior arrangement is made. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Smoking: We insist on a non-smoking environment due to the historic nature of our home.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets.
  • Children welcome over the age of 12.
