Introduction

Rondout Inn is a unique bed and breakfast that features the privacy of your own apartment suite and is located in a historic 1820's federal style building over a fantasic antique shop in the heart of Kingston's historic Rondout waterfront district. We are just 3 blocks from the waterfront, Rondout visitor center, cruise boats, Maritime Museum, art galleries, antique centers, specialty shops and a number of great restaurants and cafes.

The antique shop below the inn is owned by Larry and BC, proprietors of the Rondout Inn. They will be happy to help guide you to the many antique shops, sights, and restaurants in the area.

Rondout Inn - Kingston, New York

Our smoke-free and pet-free units were fully renovated in 2004 and are one bedroom apartment suites, each with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. For your convenience the kitchens are well stocked for a delicious continental breakfast and light snacks. Each apartment suite is fully furnished with linens, utensils and dishes. The Wiltwyck Suite has an additional small den/office. Other amenities include: Cable TV, A/C and High Speed Wireless Internet- so feel free to bring your laptop!

Rates
Season (May - November)

$160 - $175 plus tax per night/double occupancy
$20 plus tax per night/per additional person

Off-Season (December - April)

$140 - $155 plus tax per night/double occupancy
$20 plus tax per night/per additional person

  • Special weekday, weekly, and off-season rates upon request
  • Two (2) day minimum on weekends, May through November
  • Minimum stays for holiday weekends may vary
  • One (1) night deposit required to secure reservation
  • Cancellations:
    • One night deposit required to reserve suite.
    • Deposit returned, minus $25 service fee, if cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
    • Cancellations less than two (2) weeks) prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit unless suite is re-rented, minus $25 service fee.
  • Check-in: between 2 and 5PM - later, only with prior arrangements
  • Check-out: by 12 Noon - later, only with prior arrangements
