Your Visit

We request a two-night stay on weekends, and a third night on all major holidays.

Arrival

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. As a courtesy to fellow guests, please plan to arrive by 10:00 p.m. (Later check-in by prior arrangement.) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Children

All members of your family are welcome at River Run. There are no age restrictions, but we do suggest that parents with younger children might be more comfortable in the privacy of our "Retro Wing" suite. A $20 per night charge applies for any third person occupying a guest room.

Pets

As a valued member of your household, your canine companion is a special guest at River Run. Please inquire at the time of reservation regarding the specifics of our pet policy.

Smoking

River Run is a non-smoking inn.

Deposit/Cancellation

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit, guaranteed with either MasterCard, Visa, American Express or personal check. Should your plans change unavoidably, your deposit will be refunded (less processing fee) if cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
