Guest Rooms/Rates
The Pine Bush House has beautifully appointed period furniture, sleigh and poster beds, and country Victorian draperies and décor. The home also includes antique stained glass windows, cozy fireplaces in the living room and separate library, a sun-drenched dining room and wrap-around porch.
All rooms have a private bath, A/C, cable TV, and wireless internet connection. Rates include a full breakfast served in our dining room featuring homemade specialties, fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee or tea, and juice. Afternoon refreshments are available to enjoy either by the warmth of a fireplace in the cool weather or in the comfort of our wrap-around porch in the warm weather.
Our room rates are per night, double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
Room rates do not include applicable taxes and gratuity.
We do not have facilities for pets and we are a smoke-free environment.

The Pine Bush House Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial refund will be made.
A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
