The Merlot Room is located on the first floor and is fully handicap accessible and ADA compliant. The room has a door that opens onto the first floor deck with a ramp extending down to the sidewalk. The Chardonnay and Riesling Rooms are located on the second floor. The three guest rooms each feature a queen size bed, air conditioning, 3-speed ceiling fan, table with two chairs, mini-refrigerator, microwave, television, private bath and shower, and a deck overlooking the lake.

The The Southview Room includes a king-size bed and two twin beds, as well as
a private bath, table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, television, and a private covered balcony with views of both the lake and the woods.
