Our bed & breakfast is positioned directly on Seneca Lake in the finger lakes region, about 10 miles south of Geneva, with over 100 feet of pristine lake front property. Some of the activities that can be enjoyed are touring the wine region, wine tasting, water skiing, tubing, boating, fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, relaxing, sunbathing, reading, or just enjoying the beauty of the quite surroundings.

Step out of your fast paced, hectic world and into the serene, peaceful world of Paradise On The Lake Bed And Breakfast. You can enjoy the quiet beauty and restful ambiance of Seneca Lake. Relax on the large wrap around decks. Join in the activities on the dock, in or out of the water, choosing from swimming, canoeing, fishing, or sun bathing on the lakeside party deck. Or you might enjoy watching some of the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen. Shared boats are available on the premises or you can book a more formal fishing charter in the area.

Each lovely room at Paradise On The Lake Bed And Breakfast has many amenities such as individual lake views, comfy queen size beds, and wireless high speed Internet access, plus cable television is available when requested at reservation time. A full breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM.

Room #1 Queen size bed, huge private bathroom with large whirlpool bathtub & separate shower. Maximum two people. $110 + taxes per night
Room #2 Private bathroom with shower, queen size bed. Maximum two people. $110 + taxes per night
Room #3 Private door onto upper deck, private bath, Queen size bed. Two people - $110+ taxes per night
Room #4 Two room suite, private bathroom with shower, sitting room with daybed with pullout trundle bed, separate bedroom with queen bed. Two people $160 + taxes per night;
3 people is $185;
4 people is $210.

Rules/Regulations:
  • Smoking is not allowed in the house or around other guests outside.
  • Guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises.
  • All reservations require 1/3 deposit.
  • Check-in: between 4:00 and 6:00pm. If you are going to be later please let me know. Check-out: 11 AM
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for up to one year of original reservation date towards another reservation.
  • Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.
  • All offers and prices are subject to change without notice.
