Introduction

Welcome and "Rest A While" at Orient Inn, located in Orient, NY on Long Island's North Fork. Built in 1906, Orient Inn is a turn-of-the-century, shingle-style building, recently restored to its original Arts and Crafts décor. Orient Inn offers a peaceful, casual atmosphere with 5 airy, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and individual air conditioning.

Orient Inn is within walking distance from the picturesque and historic Hamlet of Orient, A short walk, bike ride or drive will take you to Orient's wetlands, the nature trails at the Orient State Park, swimming, boating, golfing and fishing activities. You can also explore the villages and back roads of the North Fork with its fine restaurants and farmstands, take a trip to the many award winning vineyards in the area or hop a ferry to Shelter Island or the casinos in Connecticut.

Our guests can take their breakfast in the dining room, bring it out to one of the wrap around porches, gardens,
or take it to their rooms. Afternoon tea and coffee are served in our dining room between 4 and 5 p.m.

Orient Inn is the perfect place to book special events, reunions, weddings and group gatherings, call for special rates.

In Season and Holidays
(May 23 - Oct. 31) 		$185 - $250
Off Season
(Nov 1 - May 22) 		$175 - $225

Policies
  • In Season there is a two-night minimum stay and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
  • Above rates plus tax, are per night based on double occupancy.
  • Group and midweek rates available.
  • A 14 day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund for early departures.
  • A deposit of one night's lodging is required upon making your reservation.
  • This is applied to the last night of your stay.
  • Credit card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and considered firm Checks are required 14 days prior to reserved dates.
  • Check-in: 3 p.m., room will be held until 7 PM unless prior alternative arrangements are made.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • Wireless internet connection available.
