 The Oliver Phelps home, built in the 1800s, features 12 foot ceilings, impressive archways, five working fireplaces, wide planked wood floors and a carved, pineapple pilaster to welcome you.

Innkeepers/owners, Jack and Donna Delehanty, invite you to come and relax in one of Canandaigua's premier historic homes. It's 19th century charms include period antiques, fireplaces, down blankets, an all-season spa and sumptuous breakfasts. We also have WiFi wireless Internet.

Gourmet breakfast The Bed and Breakfast at Oliver Phelps on Main Street in Canandaigua has five stately guestrooms-each tastefully decorated and furnished for comfort. Accommodations include a gourmet breakfast, use of the parlor, and outside grounds. The gazebo is a great place to relax in the fair weather months.
