Introduction
In 1883 Anson Noble built the Queen Anne Victorian, which stands today on the original foundation of the first homestead. In the seventies, the farm was converted into a commune where peace and harmony were the themes for those who lived on the land.
Today, as a bed and breakfast, Noble House Farm and the 50 acres on which it rests, remain a peaceful haven for those who wish to enjoy fresh air, dips in the spring-fed pond, chats around the fire, star-gazing, hiking, relaxing in the hot tub, and much more.
We serve a full country breakfast every morning with homemade pastries, biscuits, and tarts. You can't be hungry after one of our breakfasts. Our own fruit trees - apricot, pears, apples, and plums, as well as our blackberries and raspberries, are used to spice up our recipes. The menu uses the fruits of the season or in winter the jams, jellies, and spreads we have preserved. We also incorporate honey from our own apiary into our recipes for just the right touch of sweetness. In the afternoons, there is always a snack, and we could not be in "wine country" without frequently hosting a tasting.
