Should you have a need to cancel or change your reservation, please
contact us at 585-374-6719 at least 14 days in advance of your arrival
date. All cancels with less than 14 days notice will pay a minimum 1
night penalty. If you make your reservation and cancel with less than 14
days prior to arrival, you will still pay a 1 night penalty. This charge
will stay on file as a credit for 6 months after the date of cancellation.
Changes in reservation dates are subject to a $25 processing fee.
