 Middle Grove, New York (NY) Bed & Breakfast: 14 acre country setting, comfortable sitting porches, patio and sun porch. Snacks and drinks always available for guests. Approx. 7 mi. west of downtown Saratoga Springs off Rt. 29. We have three very pleasant guestrooms available - each with its own private bath. A full breakfast is served on the sun porch and includes a variety of baked goods, a hot breakfast entree as well as cereals and fresh fruit.

Introduction
Meadow Hill Bed & Breakfast - Middle Grove, New York Meadow Hill Bed & Breakfast offers an affordable and very comfortable respite from the many activities that the Saratoga region has to offer. We have three very pleasant guestrooms available - each with its own private bath. In addition to central air and wireless internet, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. A sunny patio and our Tuscan sun porch afford our guests many enjoyable spots to relax. A full breakfast is served on the sun porch and includes a variety of baked goods, a hot breakfast entree as well as cereals and fresh fruit. Cool drinks and snacks are always available for our guests.

We offer a scenic pastoral setting just a short ride from bustling Saratoga Springs. We are a 10-15 minute ride from the famous Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Gaming and Raceway and Saratoga Polo for the equine enthusiasts. Also close by is the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga's many museums, Saratoga State Park and Mineral Baths and Spa and many top notch golf courses. Our downtown offers fun shopping, dining to please every appetite and the historic Congress Park and Carousel.

Oak Room second floor, four-poster queen-size bed, cable TV, bath with shower, balcony
furnished with family antiques and looks out onto a stand of oak trees 		$130/night, $175/night during Race Meet
White Birch Room second floor, twin beds, cable TV, private bathroom, balcony
sunny room; twin beds can be put together for a king-size bed, if needed 		$125/night, $150/night during Race Meet

Policies
  • One night or 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Deposit must be received within 10 days of making a reservation.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Personal Checks
  • We need two weeks (14 days) notice to cancel a reservation for a refund, except during Saratoga Racing Season, special events and on weekends which require a 30-day cancellation.
  • If your cancellation is not received within the timeframe required, we will do our best to fill the room and if successful, will return the deposit.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets.
  • Check In: 3 p.m.
  • Check-Out: 11 a.m.
