Guest Room #2 - This sweet bedroom facing the front of the house has two antique iron twin beds, a vintage dressing table, fan, and shared bath with two other rooms. Rate: $175.

Guest Room #3 - A charming, second-floor bedroom with queen size antique iron bed, A/C, and adjoining private bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Rate: $245.

Guest Room #4 - This small room is nestled on the second floor with a double bed, shared bath with two other rooms, window fan, and window facing the garden. Rate: $175.

Guest Room #6 - This quiet second floor suite has recently been refurbished and features an antique queen size bed, country French love seat, A/C, and private bath with claw foot tub and shower. Rate: $295.

Guest Room #7 - This airy third floor bedroom features an antique iron queen size bed, rattan couch, A/C, and private bath next door with claw foot tub. Rate: $245.

Guest Room #8 - Two-Bedroom Suite - Large airy suite on the top floor. The first bedroom has a king size bed, gabled ceiling, and five windows. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed with skylights. Private bath/shower with skylight is shared by both rooms. Rate: $450.

Garden Room - Once an old sun porch overlooking the east gardens, this unique private room surrounded by windows has its own entrance, private bath, queen size bed, and ceiling fan. Rate: $265.

• We have seasonal rates that are subject to change.
• High season rooms: $175 - $495. Off-season rooms: $100 - $295.
• Ask about specials, midweek rates and extended packages.
• We can accommodate families in larger rooms or suites. All other rooms are double occupancy.
• Surcharge applies to third party in rooms.
• 50% deposit required for all stays.
• 25% for all confirmed cancellations regardless of cancellation date. Cancellations received within two weeks of arrival subject to 50% of charge or non-refundable deposit. Cancellations of group reservations, two rooms or more, must be made at least one month in advance or will be subject to forfeit of complete deposit. One night minimum cancellation, all rooms double occupancy only.
• Smoking limited to outdoor use only.
• Well-behaved children welcome. Sorry no pets.
