Welcome to Los Gatos Bed & Breakfast!
 We are near the village of Penn Yan, New York, between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake. Whether you are interested in the Wine Trails, water activities on the lake, antiquing, or blissful relaxation, Los Gatos Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place for your next trip. (We also have gift certificates, which could be the perfect present!)

Our contemporary Cape Cod style home has large, comfortable rooms with queen sized beds, private baths, and air-conditioning. We feature beautiful country views, yet are just minutes from Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Enjoy a full country breakfast in the pool-side gazebo, then relax and watch the goldfinches and hummingbirds as they flit through our flower gardens. Fill your days with all that the Finger Lakes have to offer (wineries, antique shops, waterfalls, and much more!), or unwind with a swim in our pool and a walk in our cool and shady woods. In the evening, we can recommend a restaurant that suits your mood- from country casual to elegant, romantic dining. On clear nights we can give star tours with a large telescope on our back lawn.

Los Gatos B&B offers four rooms for your enjoyment. Our spacious Grand Suite occupies the upper floor of our home, and includes a gorgeous view. The Sage Room is on the first floor, and has a romantic sleigh bed. The Blue Room is also on the first floor, and is decorated with period antiques. We opened a cozy log Cabin in August with all the amenities of the other rooms, and a little extra privacy. All rooms have queen-sized beds, private baths, air conditioning, and comfortable seating for relaxation and reading. We have wireless broadband Internet throughout the house and cabin (we even have a loaner USB adapter if your laptop isn't set up for wireless!)

Rates and Information
  • Rates are $119 - $179 and include a full breakfast, but do not include taxes.
  • We are open year around for your convenience. During peak season, 2 nights minimum may apply for special event weekends (race weekends, graduations, and wine events) or holidays.
  • Reservations are secured with a MasterCard or VISA.
  • We accept cash, traveler's checks, MasterCard , or VISA.
  • Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less $25, will be made for cancellations prior to 14 days of your arrival date.
  • Smoking is allowed in specific outdoor areas.
  • Children ages 16 or older are welcome.
  • Please no pets (you are free to enjoy our cats).
