Here at Kountry Living Bed & Breakfast,there are a variety of rooms suited to fit any guest's needs – with the warm ambiance of our 140-year-old house, enjoy a gratifying experience that will allow any guest to feel at home. We offer four tastefully decorated rooms that will surely encompass the essence of a country living and relaxation. Located on the first floor, our home features the ‘Charles Suite”, with a pillow top king-sized bed, and a private bathroom that includes a sit-down shower. We also have three other spacious, yet quaint rooms located on the second floor, off the landing. The Sadie Room has a king-sized bed; the Rudy Room has a queen-sized bed; and the Cody Room has two twin-sized beds for versatility. |

| We are located in the Leatherstocking Region where one can capture the charm of our federal-style house in a way that will take you back to yesteryear - when a weekend away meant leisurely drives through quaint villages. All the beauty and charm of downtown Oneonta is just a 1/2 mile away from, and about a mile from the local colleges and Cooperstown Dreams Park. |

All rooms have cable color TVs, (some with DVD players), high speed Wi-Fi internet access, and extra coffee makers that are available to those who need them. Rates range from $85 and up, yet are inclusive of our gourmet breakfast that is served daily off of our extensive menu, fit to fill anyone’s imagination. Seated in our quaint dining room, parties can dine at any time they wish between the hours of 6:30 -10:30am. Our cozy living room is fitted with plush recliners and a wood-burning stove. We also feature a screened-in porch with gorgeous views of nature and our babbling brook.
Included with your stay is a full breakfast each morning, upon leaving we will even set you up with coffee or tea to take with you. Our inclusive breakfast menu is sure to fit anyone's taste. With our signature 'Stuffed French Toast', Stuffed Crêpes, Eggs Benedict, Egg Strata, Huevos Rancheros, and anything else you can dream up - it's a breakfast not to be missed! All dishes are made with only the finest ingredients from our local vendors. During off-meal periods, a guest will always have access to our quaint kitchen and its utilities. |
