Kountry Living Bed & Breakfast

Rate includes a full made to order breakfast that you select from our extensive menu the night before. Breakfast is guaranteed to satisfy even the most picky eater. You are also free to choose when you would like to be served in on our dining room. Breakfast is avaiable anytime between 7 and 10 AM, simply let us know the night before and we will see you in the morning.

All rooms have cable color TV, DVD players and free high speed WiFi internet access. We encourage everyone to make themselves at home and relax with a movie in the living room, or enjoy a fire while nestled up on the sofa. Feel free to lounge on our Yankee themed landing with a game of chess, or you can just take in the relaxing sounds of our babbling brook on our screened-in porch and watch the many visiting birds that enjoy our bird feeders.

The Sadie room has a King-sized bed with a lace canopy. The room is accented with pink, white, and floral designs to bring one back to the old-world country class of the 1800's, yet is complete with a rocking chair for relaxation and an entertainment center to keep in touch with the times! *Rate is 110 per night all inclusive plus tax.

The Charles' Suite is home to a California King feather-topped bed that is accented with our newly updated luxury set bedding. The room is tastefully decorated in cream, mauve, and a soothing coffee-beige to create a comfy environment with a french-country undertone. It is located on the first floor for easy access, and has a private bath with a sit-down shower for added convenience that features a 12-setting shower-head exclusive to hotels. Two guest closets and a sundry linen closet make this room fit for the extended stay, or the passerby who wants nothing but elegance. *Rate is $125 per night all inclusive plus tax.

The Cody room has 2 Twin-sized beds with a large walk-in closet. Quaint and comfy, this room is perfect for traveling with a friend. *Rate is $110 per night all inclusive plus tax.

The Rudy Room is a mix of french-styled country furnishes which features a queen-sized bed and a plush velour wing back chair that is tucked cozily in its own sitting area, smothered by beautiful green plants and elegant lighting. *Rate is $110 per night all inclusive plus tax.

• Cancellation policy May 1st to Aug 31st, only.
• To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of your lodging is required soon after agreement.
• We require 50 percent via check, or a credit card number.
• We will gladly refund a deposit on four nights or less if cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival, less a $20 service fee per room.
• Deposits for stays of five nights or more are not refundable - if canceled less than two weeks prior to arrival.
• Unless the owner re-rents the rooms then only the $20 service fee per room applies.
• This is handled on a case by case basis; we will do what we can to work with you.
