The second largest room, overlooking the front yard, features a queen four poster bed, gas fireplace with remote, love seat, and writing desk. An elegant two person corner whirlpool/shower combination graces the newly renovated bathroom. $239/$199/$179

The largest suite, features a king-sized four poster canopied bed, gas fireplace with remote, 32" LCD flat panel TV/DVD player, multiple sitting areas, and writing desk. With the 3 season sleeping porch with queen bed/living area, the suite can accommodate 2 couples/children, weather permitting sleeping porch use. The newly renovated marble bath features a champagne soaking tub, open walk-in shower, and double pedestal sinks. $299 $249/$229

• Rates reflect High Season/Low Season/Monday through Wednesday
• There is a two night minimum on the following weekends: Cornell and Ithaca University graduation, Labor Day, Grassroots festival. Feel free to check with us, because single nights are often available.
• High Season: May 1 - November 1
• Low season November 2 - April 30 (Excluding holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Valentine weeks.)
• Published rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, special events, and holidays.
• Room rate is for single or double occupancy.
• Prices do not include 11% NYS sales and room taxes.
• A credit card or cash/check deposit is required to reserve a room.
• Prepayment of 50% of total or cost of one night's stay, whichever is greater, will confirm your reservation.
• If reserving less then two weeks before arrival full payment is required.
• Your reservation balance is collected upon arrival and check-in.
• Check-in is between 4 and 8 pm. Late check-in requires notification at time of reservation or as far in advance as possible.
• Check-out is by 11am.
• We accept Visa/MasterCard, Checks, and Cash.
• Well-mannered children 13 and over are welcome.
• Sorry, we can not accept pets; but please enjoy our Jack Russell Terrier "Celeste."
• Thirty days notice is required for cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge.
• Early departures and cancellations will be refunded for days not stayed only if we are able to rebook the days.
• A non-refundable $25 administrative fee is applied to all confirmed reservation changes.
• No smoking, candles, or open flames in rooms.
