This historic circa 1921 Federal/Colonial Revival Mansion was designed by noted Ithaca, New York architect Clinton L. Vivian, who designed the house for William Pierson Biggs, a widely known Trumansburg, New York hardware merchant. Set on almost 4 acres you'll enjoy the quiet solitude Juniper Hill has to offer, and yet just a short walk into town.

The main floor of our Bed & Breakfast serves as a common relaxation and socializing area for guests, as well as display space for The Art Gallery at Juniper Hill. The Gallery concentrates on American Impressionist Fine Art of the early 20th century, reflective of the era of construction of the mansion. All paintings and select antiques, furnishings, and objects of interest in the Bed & Breakfast are available for sale.

Full Gourmet Breakfast Just outside your guestroom door we offer you early bird coffee/tea/cocoa, along with offerings such as fresh fruit and homemade granola breakfast cookies, for the early riser starting at 7 am.

Juniper Hill B&B serves a full gourmet breakfast each morning between 8 - 9 am in our formal dining room with fireplace or large, sunny enclosed three-season porch, weather permitting. Breakfast at Juniper Hill is always plentiful and imaginative. Our three-course breakfast features a combination of fruit, sweet, and a hot savory main course. Please notify Juniper Hill Bed & Breakfast ahead of time about alternate serving times and dietary requirements. Your needs will be accommodated to the best of our abilities.

Relax by the fire in the spacious living room, play games or read in the library, and savor breakfast in the sunny formal dining room. The center hall offers a dramatic staircase.

Juniper Hill's bedrooms are all freshly renovated. The rooms feature hardwood floors, oriental carpets, rich fabrics, turn of the century decor and original period art. Each has king or queen-sized beds dressed in fine linens and private baths with spa inspired amenities.
