Room Rates and Policies

  • Check in is by appointment, between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Check-out 11 a.m.
  • Children over 14 are welcome.

  • Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
  • One night stay's now available on weekends.
  • One night stay's on Holiday weekends if available. Please check website availability calendar.
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation for two or more nights. Payment in full is required for one night stays, at the time the reservation is made. A minimum stay of two nights is preferred on weekends during May through November, but one night stays are accepted. A two night minimum is required on holiday weekends. We will gladly return your deposit if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date, minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, and no-shows, will be charged for full amount of stay. Highland Manor is not responsible for inclement weather or early departures.
