Accommodations Information Due to the formality of our home: We are strictly a non-smoking establishment. Daily maid service is NOT provided. Guests are asked to tidy up after themselves. Fresh towels are provided as often as needed. Linens will be changed weekly during lengthy stays. Apartments are provided with air conditioning, television, stereo, lap top computer phone-line jack and a hotel-type telephone with answering machine. Local calls are free. Long distance calls can be charged to either credit cards or phone cards. Breakfast is NOT provided. Arrival-Departure Information Check-in is after 3:00pm and before 8:00pm. Arrival at other times is by prior arrangement ONLY. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Please note: We require our guests to notify us of their approximate time of arrival at least one week prior to their scheduled arrival date. Payment Final payment MUST be made in cash, travelers checks or certified check ONLY. We do NOT accept credit cards. Please, no personal checks except for payment of deposit.

Reservations & Rate Information $219 per night plus tax for a total of $252 per night - single or double occupancy. 5 night minimum stay is required - Please no exceptions Accommodations are for registered guests ONLY Minimum age for our guests is 18 years. Appropriate facilities for pets are NOT available. Reservations MUST be made in advance and finalized by calling us at (212) 243-6495. PLEASE NOTE: Telephone calls for inquiries reservations are taken between 11:00am and 6:00pm. Deposits A deposit equal to 25% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. A reservation is NOT confirmed until our receipt of your deposit, which is due no later than 10 days after you have received from us a written Guest and Reservation Information form. Payment of deposit constitutes your understanding of our policies and operating procedures and most importantly, your agreement to abide by them. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. Cancellation Policy Deposits will be returned providing we are notified 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations for stays of 7 days or longer MUST be canceled at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for deposits to be returned. No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
