  • Spring & Fall:
    • Sunday - Thursday: $89. Friday & Saturday: $99
  • Summer: (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day)
    • Sunday - Thursday: $99. Friday & Saturday: $109.
  • Winter 2004/2005: $89 - $129
  • Group Rental Rates: $400 - $800
  • All rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy.
  • NYS sales tax of 7¼% and 4% occupancy tax will be added.
  • Holiday & special events prices may vary.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Certain weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
  • We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
  • Should you cancel with 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit less a $10 handling fee. Cancellations made 14-30 days prior to arrival will result in a $20 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days no refunds will be given, and you will be financially obligated to pay all reserved nights unless we rebook your room. Please inquire about group reservations/cancellation policies.
