| The Glen Lodge can accommodate up to sixteen people and features five rooms each with a queen size bed and three rooms with two twin size beds. Each of our Adirondack lodge rooms are carpeted and have an alarm clock, private bath, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Our rooms feature cedar log furnishings for that true Adirondack camp feeling but still offer you all the comforts of home. |

The Glen Lodge & Market is located only minutes from great downhill skiing at nearby Gore and Whiteface Mountain, miles of cross-country skiing trails, the Village of Lake George, the endless hiking trails of the Adirondack Mountains and unlimited recreational water sports. The Adirondack Region of Upstate New York encompasses 6 million acres of land, approximately 1/5 of the entire state! Nearly 1/2 of the Adirondack State Park has been designated "forever wild". This land will remain in its natural state, never to be developed. The Adirondacks also boast over 100 mountains at least 3,000 feet high. Two of the peaks, Mount Marcy and Algonquin Peak, are over 5,000 feet high. These vertical drops mean Upstate New York offers some fantastic skiing opportunities, not to mention unparalleled hiking. |
