We offer five beautifully appointed rooms with private bath...
Now offering a 3 bedroom cottage for Hunters, Skiers, Groups, Families, pets welcome. Extended stays are available for workers or relocation into the area.

Our rates vary from $85 -$140 per night in the B&B, depending upon the amenities you need. We also offer corporate and group rates. These special rates are dependent upon the time of year, type of room(s) requested, and length of stay. Rosa Clara Room

Carriage House The Carriage House welcomes families and pets. One side host a large bedroom with queen and twin bed, bath, spacious livingroom and kitchen area.@$155.+ $12 pet fee. The other side has two bedrooms with queen beds , bath, and kitchen sitting area.@$155. +$12. pet fee. All 3 bedrooms @$295. 2 day min., discount given for extended stays over 4 days.
  • Three bedrooms with queen beds
  • A spacious living room framed with pine boards
  • A sofa bed for extra guests
  • Cable TV, VCR, telephone, iron, ironing board & computer hookup
  • Small kitchen with efficiency refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, microwave

Carriage House rates depend upon your length of stay. It can be rented daily, weekly or monthly with one, two or all three bedrooms.

Complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate are always available. We can also provide homemade bread, cereal, milk, juice, and fresh fruit. The fresh-baked cookies await your arrival!

Guest Information:
  • We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time reservation is made.
  • Two week cancellation notice needed. A No show will be charged.
  • Pets and small children allowed in Carriage House Suite.
  • Full RV hook-up sites.
