Flying Changes Bed and Breakfast is central New York’s premiere bed and breakfast/equine facility, ideally situated on 130 spectacular acres of rolling hills and wooded trails. Proximate to Cooperstown’s Baseball Hall of Fame, the National Soccer Hall of Fame and the Glimmerglass Opera, we offer a convenient and accessible location.

Open all year, Flying Changes Bed and Breakfast provides a wide array of amenities and services in a stress-free environment; from casual yet elegant accommodations to hosting corporate conferences and catered dinners.

At Flying Changes B&B, your day begins with a full service breakfast served on Limoge china in a large kitchen or outside deck. Spend the day visiting Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, the Dreamspark, or Oneonta’s National Soccer Hall of Fame. You may choose to enjoy swimming in the indoor heated lap pool, dip in the hot tub, walk the trails, fish in the Otsego River, a registered trout/bass stream, or just relax on the large covered outside deck with a favorite book.

Later in the day, enjoy afternoon Tea with cheese. A picnic basket can also be arranged to accommodate long days in the countryside or for the Glimmerglass Opera before the curtain rises. Your day ends with a wide variety of options at Flying Changes B & B. For your viewing pleasure, the media room houses a selection of videos and documentaries to watch on the large screen TV, or retreat to the billiards room for a game of pool. If music or reading is preferred, simply relax in the living room by the fireplace.

The main house features an elegant charm, which will warm and welcome you. A vaulted cathedral ceiling and library loft accompany the majestic fieldstone fireplace in the living room. Four air-conditioned comfortable appointed bedrooms, two with private baths and outside deck, feature feather beds and Egyptian cotton linen service.

Your hostess, Anna Marie Lusins, offers her personal style of hospitality during your stay. An elected statewide official, a noted businesswoman and a Rotary International District Governor, Marie also is a certified member of the German Wine Academy, a Chevalier of the International Burgundian Wine Society the “Chevaliers du Tastevin ” as well the Italian Wine Society the “Compagnia di Bacco”.
