Mayville (near Chautauqua), New York Bed and Breakfast: Our plans to upgrade all the rooms are already in motion. The installation of discreet flat screen TV's, flickering fireplaces and rich Persian rugs are designed to enhance that home away from home feeling that we aspire to deliver. Spring will see the addition of a large deck, allowing our guests to enjoy both inside and outside dining, as well as the ambience of a firepit in winter. A second living room/lounge and The Pale Quail dining area will extend the amenities available to our guests.

The Victorian Violet Room The Victorian Violet - This room has everything that you could possible ask for to assure you that you, and the one that you are traveling with, are wrapped in elegance and luxury. The bedroom has a queen size four poster mahogany bed and is graced with fine linens, duvet and lots of fluffy pillows.

This corner room, featuring three shuttered windows overlooking fields and the creek, is decorated in soft violet tones, and accented by the aubergine and green wallpaper.

Here you can relax with a book, watch television or simply cuddle up with each other and enjoy the flickering flames of the all-season fireplace.

Enjoy a relaxing hot shower after a long day before going downstairs to dine in the candle-lit, fireside atmosphere of the "Le Indaba".
