Emilia's Retreat is a vacation rental apartment located in Brooklyn, New York. Located in one of the many graceful Victorian homes built at the turn of the century in beautiful Victorian Brooklyn's tree lined DeKoven Court, Emilia's Retreat offers guests fine accommodations and a great center of activity for enjoying New York City. Accommodations at Emilia's Retreat include two spacious bedrooms, a living room with sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a private bath and a private entrance. Amenities include a fireplace, cable TV, and air conditioning. A crib and folding cot are also available to accommodate additional guests. Blocks and train set, board games, a Game Cube and outdoor basketball hoop are available for children. At Emilia's Retreat, breakfast is self-catered. The refrigerator is stocked with fruit, yogurt, cereals and other breakfast fare to be prepared at your leisure. Special dietary requests will be honored when possible. Guests are encouraged to relax with breakfast in the garden or a cool drink on the front porch. Emilia's Retreat is perfect for families or small groups. |

| Coney Island and the ocean are just a few stops away on the subway from Emilia's Retreat, as well as Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Prospect Park offers visitors many activities including boating, bird watching, and ice skating. Manhattan is just 30 minutes away by subway, and many other great activities and attractions are near by including: antique shops, the beach, Central Park, city tours, Empire State Building, Fine Dining, Ground Zero, historical sites, museums/galleries, shopping, Times Square, Wall Street, and the zoo. After the hustle and bustle of a visit to Manhattan return to Brooklyn, unwind with a cool drink while sitting on the front porch or backyard garden, where kids can watch the butterflies in the summer. |

Emilia's Retreat is located a very short walk from the subway or bus routes, on a cul de sac making it quiet and a great place for kids to play outdoors. Meet the Innkeepers Donna is a social worker, specializing in working with adolescents while Wilson works within the field of Human Rights. They have 2 children (12 & 15) who may be available for babysitting for a fee. Donna speaks English but Wilson speaks both English and Spanish. |
