Dresden Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn

We offer two comfortable bedrooms to our guests. Both rooms have lake views, AC, TV/VCR and a small fridge with complimentary soft drinks. There is a large shared bathroom with stall shower and turbo tub. There is also an upstairs library area with a good selection of books, games and videos. The front parlor is also available for relaxing.

Breakfast is served daily between 7 and 9 a.m. in the dining room. Breakfast consists of a variety of farm fresh and homemade goods. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.

• Room rates are $75 per night per room (plus tax).
• We accept personal check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
• We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or else we have to charge for one night's stay, unless the room can be re-booked by another customer.
• We discourage children under the age of 16 since the house is not child-safe.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
• No minimum night stay; open year round.
• We have a limited smoking policy, restricted to the den and outside porches only.

From Geneva...

• Take 14S and turn left at the flashing light (approximately 13 miles).
• Follow Main Street to the 3rd cross street, turn right and we are the first house on the right.

From Watkins Glen...

• Take 14N to the flashing light (approximately 23 miles) and turn right onto Main Street.
• Follow to the 3rd cross street, turn right and we are the first house on the right.

From Penn Yan...

• Take 54E to the flashing light.
• At the STOP sign, go straight and follow Main Street down to the 3rd cross street.
• Turn right and we are the first house on the right.
