Beautiful antique Queen size bed and furnishings make our Morning Glory room an enchanting retreat. Shades of deep green along with delicate florals are reminiscent of our gardens. Enjoy amenities such as the sitting area, cable television, bath robes and AC. The Morning Glory room has a private bath. $150 (Double Occupancy)

Enjoy the privacy of our efficiency cottage. Private entrance, bath, kitchenette, fireplace and veranda make this perfect for that special get-away. Furnished in white wicker with queen bed and full sleeper sofa with TV, AC, VCR and CD player. Cottage guests may also use the facilities of the main house. $199 Daily / $800 Weekly (Double Occupancy).

The Cottage is available for weekly rental rate of $800. The weekly rate includes breakfast on weekends, all house amenities, exchange of linens mid-week. Housekeeping is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Gives you plenty of time to explore the Hudson Valley.

• A guaranteed reservation only requires a deposit equal to one nights stay.
• We will refund your deposit, less a $25 service fee, if you cancel no later than 10 days before your arrival date.
• Forms of payment accepted include: Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
• Rates are subject to change and are based on double occupancy.
• Rates are shown 'per night', plus tax.
• There is a two night minimum stay on weekends during the period of May through October, and all holiday weekends.
• Special discounted rates available for mid-week stays.
• The Dominion House B&B provides a non-smoking environment for the comfort of our guests. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $250 cleaning charge. Please make your companions aware of this. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms at any time, however you may smoke outside.
• Check in from 3 to 6 PM; other times by special arrangement only. Checkout: 12 Noon.
• Mid-Week Discounts: Sunday - Thursday, one night 10% Off, two or more nights 15% Off.
