Imagine yourself in a charming, restored, 1829 farmhouse, on a hilltop, surrounded by 118 acres of pasture, fields of hay and corn, hills and valleys, waterfalls and woodlands. The main section of our farmhouse was built in the 1820s and many of the original features have been preserved to enjoy 180 years later.

Floor to ceiling windows look south to farm valleys, west to the Adirondack mountains, and you may witness some of the most spectacular sunsets east of the Grand Canyon.

Explore the Historic Battlefields at Saratoga and Bennington. Over 200 years ago, this area was the site of the turning point of the Revolutionary War that gave America its Independence. Don't miss the National Historic Park at Saratoga and some of the Commemorative Re-enactments.
