How To Find Us

Cooperstown is located in central New York State, 70 miles west of Albany, 90 miles east of Syracuse and 30 miles south of the New York State Thruway (I-90). The Inn at Cooperstown is centrally located in the Village of Cooperstown, at 16 Chestnut St.

From the west (Buffalo/Syracuse): Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) east to Exit 30 (Herkimer) and follow Route 28 south to Cooperstown. After entering the village, turn left onto Chestnut St. Follow Chestnut St through the stoplight and The Inn will be the third building on the left.

From the east (Albany): Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) west to Exit 25A (I-88, Binghamton). Take I-88 to Exit 24 (Duanesburg). Follow Route 20 west to Route 80 south to Cooperstown. After entering the village, turn right onto Chestnut St. The Inn will be the sixth building on the right.

From the south (Binghamton/Oneonta): Take I-88 east to Exit 17 (Colliersville) to Route 28 north to Cooperstown. After entering the village, follow Chestnut St through the stoplight and The Inn will be the third building on the left.

From the south (NYC): Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) north. At Albany, continue on New York State Thruway (I-90) west to Exit 25A (I-88, Binghamton). Take I-88 to Exit 24 (Duanesburg). Follow Route 20 west to Route 80 south to Cooperstown. After entering the village, turn right onto Chestnut St. The Inn will be the sixth building on the right.

Alternate routes from south (NYC): Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 19 (Kingston) and follow Route 28. Or take the New York State Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 21 (Catskill) and follow Route 23 to Route 28.

Bus Service: Pine Hill Trailways provides service between Cooperstown and New York City.
