Welcome to The Chosen Spot Bed and Breakfast!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our 1850's farmhouse B&B located on two acres of rolling lawn with large shade trees. Each room is tastefully decorated, and offers private baths, a two person whirlpool tub, featherbed, TV/VCR, A/C, digital alarm clock, and a full country breakfast. Conveniently located 1.5 Miles from Main Street, in Canandaigua.

Canandaigua Room

The Canandaigua Room is an enchanting room that lends itself to a relaxing stay while offering an insight into early Canandaigua with its collection of historical items. $155

Seneca Room

The Seneca Room is a charming, yet unique and interesting room that offers a walk back in time to our Native American founders. $135

Cottage Room

The Cottage Room is a tranquil first floor room with a soft, soothing palate which offers a nautical theme in a cottage-like atmosphere. $115

Policies

Our check-in time is between 3 PM and 5 PM, and our checkout time is 11 AM.
Contact us if you have travel needs that dictate earlier or later arrival.
There will be no charge if reservations are cancelled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
A $50 fee will be charged for each room and night cancelled within the 10 day period if we are not able to rebook the room.
No-shows will be charged the full room rate.
