 Canandaigua, New York (NY) Bed & Breakfast: Enjoy your stay in one of our three bedroom suites which are elegantly decorated with warm colors and beautified with Pottery Barn bedding to compliment the rustic log cabin rooms. Each room is temperature controlled including air conditioning in the summer and fireplaces in the winter. All suites have private baths with full walk in showers, soaking tubs, king sized beds. Avail yourself of a multitude of amenities including individual serving coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV with DVD and CD players, wireless internet and much more.

Guest Rooms/Rates

Decorated with warm colors and a mix of rustic and contemporary elegance, each of our three unique bedroom suites is generously furnished for your comfort and relaxation. Each room features a king-sized bed with sumptuous bedding, reading desk, gas fireplace, and cable television with DVD/CD player. A refrigerator, microwave, and individual serving coffee/tea maker are provided for your convenience. Individually climate controlled, each room features air conditioning for summer, individual zoned thermostats in the winter and fireplaces to add that special warm and cozy touch. The spacious private baths in each suite feature large soaking tubs, walk-in showers for two, and towel warmers. Wireless internet, remote printing, and fax are available to all guests. If you have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Policies
  • Rates are for weekday - weekend/holiday
  • Rates do not include 7.125% sales tax
  • Multiple Night Discounts are available
  • Book "The Chalet" and receive special pricing
  • Weekday rates during July and August are same as weekend/holiday rates
  • Room pricing is based on 2 person occupancy
  • Discount of $25 is offered for single occupancy
  • Additional fee of $25 for each additional person per room
  • Minimum night stays are not required
  • A deposit of 50% for a single nights stay or a deposit of one nights stay for multiple night bookings will be charged to your card upon confirmation of your reservation.
  • The balance of your reservation will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival. A refund of your deposit will be made less a $35 cancellation fee upon confirmation of your cancellation.
  • The cancellation fee of $35 will be waived if your booking is re-scheduled.
  • If you cancel in 14 days or less you will be responsible for payment of your reservation in full.
  • A refund will not be issued unless we are able to rebook your reservation, less a $35 cancellation fee.
  • Check-in: 3 - 6 pm; Check-out: noon. Changes to this may be made by prior arrangement
  • Children over the age of 12 are most welcome
  • Although our dog Missy would love the company, pets can not be accommodated at this time
  • Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas
  • The Chalet is flameless within the individual suites
