First Floor

The Delaware sits quietly in the back of the Catskill Lodge while the Windham is is toward the front. You'll be the first to breakfast in the morning as the smell of hot coffee and a county breakfast helps you jump start your day. Both rooms have a private bath. $99 - $199

Second Floor

The Phoenicia and Esopus are just to the left of the top of 2nd floor stairs. Just around the corner from these rooms is the second floor porch. The Phoenicia and Esopus share a bathroom and may be reserved together as a two bedroom suite or on their own. $74 - $119

The Hunter and the Woodstock are to the right on the second floor. These rooms are at the quiet end of the building and share access to the second floor porch. The Hunter and the Woodstock share a bathroom and may be booked together to create your own two bedroom suite. $74 - $99

Third Floor

The Catskill Suite occupies the entire third floor. The Catskill Suite is a 2 bedroom suite with large Cupola off of the Master Bedroom. The bathroom includes a large Jacuzzi tub as well as a stand up shower. This is by far our most popular room and is perfect for families of 4 - 5 or 2 couples traveling together.

Cancellation Policy
  • There is a $10 cancellation fee for room or package cancellations with at least 14 days notice.
  • Cancellations within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 1/2 the first nights room charge, in the case of package plans there will be a $50/person cancellation charge.
Smoking Policy
  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
  • There is a $100 smoking fee for anyone that is smoking in the guest bedrooms.
