Bush Bed & Breakfast days start with a full country breakfast by candlelight or in front of a blazing fire. Evenings are simple and relaxed. Our porches and patio provide the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or just get lost in your thoughts. Our gathering room invites conversation, games and laughter, or TV. The cozy bedrooms provide quiet comforts and peaceful sleep.

Rates and Information
  • Rate Information: April thru November: $45 - $90. December thru March: $50 - $125. Rates depend on single or double occupancy and Holiday and Special Event weekends.
  • Rooms: Five
  • Room Types: Four Queen, One Double
  • Group Capacity: Ten
  • Payment Methods: A credit card is needed to hold the reservation. MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted. Cash and Personal Checks are accepted at check-out.
  • Cancellation Policy: Thirty day cancellation notification is required to avoid room charge. These late cancellation charges may be applied. Adminstration fee of $30 Charge if we are able to re-book room by date. Full Rate Charge for "No Shows" or inability to re-book room due to short notice.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the house.
  • Nearest Airport: Jamestown, Buffalo
  • Operating Season: Open year round
  • Check-In/Out: Check-in 4 p.m., Check-out 11 a.m.

Directions
From the North: Take 219 into Ellicottville. Stay on that highway as it turns into Rt. 242. Approximately 6 miles is Rt. 353. Turn left and we are 0.5 miles on the left.

From the South: Take Interstate 86 to exit 20. Follow Rt. 353N signs. We are approximately 6 miles from the exit.
