Policies & Guest Information
  • The Brunswick Bed and Breakfast is a Gothic Victorian property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. A notice of 30 days is required if you must cancel a reservation during the Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Meet period.
  • There is a $25 (plus tax) fee for any cancelled reservations.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice (30 days during Race Meet), shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
  • Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any reservation at any time.
  • Check-in: Noon - 10 pm. Rooms will be fully serviced by 3 pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
  • Smoking is not permitted in The Brunswick; however, smoking is allowed on the outside porches.
  • Pets are not allowed. We are pleased to recommend a wonderful pet spa and resort which is located nearby.
  • Children are welcome. Parental supervision is required at all times.
  • Check-out: 11 AM
  • We are open all year!
