Introduction

The Bragdon House was built in 1907 for Geneva's Mayor Thomas Hoskins. We would like to invite you to spend your holiday in historical Up-State New York, enjoying our unique Bed & Breakfast experience. We have customized our home to provide you with optimal comfort and privacy. Our accommodations feature king and queen sized beds, decorative fireplaces, private baths, air-conditioning, cable television and gorgeous lake views.

Free High Speed Wireless Internet in all the rooms

The first and second floors are dedicated to your comfort and pleasure. There are two parlors to enjoy a good book or music, while the cozy veranda has breath taking views. As part of your stay, a bathrobe, slippers and a fresh towel is provided to each guest. After sleeping in one of our beautifully decorated bedroom suites, a delicious breakfast awaits in our dining room overlooking Seneca Lake's Western shore.

This suite provides easy access to our main parlor and veranda. Inside you will find a cozy queen size bed, decorative fireplaces, Air-Conditioning, cable TV and private bath. $120 - $160, Plus taxes

The Betty

This Suite has magnificent east-ward views of Seneca Lake. In addition to its unique queen size bed and charming private bath, the Betty is equip with cable TV and Air-Conditioning. $125 - $165, Plus taxes

The Phoebe

With spectacular views of the lake, the Phoebe is fitted with a welcoming king size bed. In addition the suite has cable TV, Air-Conditioning and a spacious private bath. $125 - $165, Plus taxes

  • Continental Breakfast is served on weekdays & Gourmet Breakfast on weekends.
  • Maximum 2 guests per room.
  • No pets please.
  • Check in time 3 - 6 pm or by prior arrangement; Check out time 11 am.
  • Off Season rates and discounts do not include any Holidays.
  • Children over 10 welcome
  • Two-night minimum on weekends from 5/1 to 11/30
  • 1st night deposit is required at the time of reservation & can be refunded up to 15 days before arrival date (less a $25 processing fee), otherwise, non-refundable.
  • Prices Subject to change without notice & are based on double occupancy.
