The "Procrastinator's Package" is, definitely, for you if you really meant to make those reservations, but just never got around to it. If you reserve within 24 hours of the desired date, Sun-Fri. (check website for current rate) You receive:
a LATE afternoon snack, upon check-in.

a LATE breakfast the next morning.

Quilters' Getaway
Sew away with you friends in one of our sunny public rooms. For only $120 (Nov.1-May 15)or $150 (May 16-Oct. 31) you can enjoy the following:
1. Wine & cheese before dinner.
2. Our famous 3-course breakfast each morning.
3. Afternoon tea and cookies to sustain you!
4. A late check-out (3:00) so you have time to piece your quilt top together.

Rates are for 2 nights, 2 per room.

Romance Package
Our romance package includes:
Champagne on ice with fruit and cheese in your room upon arrival.
A box of hand dipped chocolates.
A bouquet of fresh flowers.
A night time liqueur.
Breakfast with mimosas brought to your room in the morning.
A framed photo of the two of you.
Rate: $195 for 1 night, $350 for 2 nights (Nov.1-May 15).
$225 for 1 night, $385 for 2 nights (May 16- Oct. 31).

Weekday Business Special
Our weekday business package is $95. per night from Monday-Thursday nights, Nov.-Mar. ($105 from Apr.-Oct.). We are the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy work day. Relax with wine and cheese. Then, stroll for a block to any of 4 critically-acclaimed restaurants. Our 3-course breakfast, served daily, receives rave reviews! We are conveniently located in the heart of a historic village, yet 5 minutes to interstate highways and 15 minutes to Stewart International Airport.

Borland House guests receive a 15% discount on all antique purchases from our antique shop:
Blue Shutter Antiques features French Enamelware and country antiques and collectables. The shop is convemiently located in the original 1790s kitchen featuring a full hearth with bee-hive oven.
