Guest Rooms/Rates

Our luxurious guest accommodations feature three newly decorated, over-sized rooms.
Each has its own private bath with a whirlpool tub, cable television, and queen-sized bed.
In addition, each guest room is equipped with a gas fireplace for special ambience,
and for those of you inclined to bring the office with you, (we suggest you don't)
each room has a high speed internet access port to check on e-mails during your stay.

Rates & Policies
  • $275 to $295 per night (plus tax) (double occupancy)
  • Two night minimum stay required in season.
  • Three night minimum stay on Holiday weekends.
  • Reservations are accepted upon receipt of 50% of room rate.
  • One night stays - 100% of room rate required prior to stay.
  • Cancellations may be made fourteen (14) days in advance with a $25 cancellation fee, or deposit will be forfeited. (For weddings/private parties reserving all 3 guest rooms, a 30 day cancellation notice shall apply).
  • Room rate charges subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Blue Iris is a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE environment.
  • All rooms are rented double occupancy only.
  • Sorry, we cannot accommodate children.
  • Check In: 3 - 6 PM. Failure to check in by 6 PM will be considered a cancellation, in which case there is no refund.
  • Rooms will be held for late check-in only by prior arrangement.
  • Check Out: 11 AM
