Barclay Heights Bed & Breakfast guest rooms are furnished with period and eclectic antiques, luxurious pillow-top "Sleeping Beauty" mattresses, all natural-fiber high-quality bedding, modern air-conditioning, cable TV, high-speed internet, telephones with intercom, and air purifying salt crystal negative ionizers. Room rate includes a full breakfast prepared to your liking by professional chefs. Concierge service.

Reservation Information

The Loft: Take the whole floor, includes, Forrest, Nirvana, and Zen rooms $475/$565*
Rent the whole house: Sleeps up to ten persons $995/$1250* (per night, 2 night minimum)
High season (May 16 through Jan 1)
Low Season (Jan 2 through May 15)
One night stays, when accepted, may be billed at high season rate.
Weekday two-night stays in low season may enjoy a preferred rate.
Long stays (four days or more) in any season may enjoy a preferred rate.
Room rates are for double occupancy, add $55 for additional room guests.
Please add $25 per additional breakfast for visiting guests
To reserve a room a $125 deposit per room per day is requested*
Remainder of rate will be charged to card two weeks prior to reservation date.
Reserving a room less than two weeks in advance, full room rate paid at time of reservation.
*NOTE: special terms apply to long stay guests and during peak/holiday periods.
We reserve the right to transfer your reservation to comparable accommodations should the need arise, if this should happen you will be notified immediately.
In case of cancellation:
- Cancel more than three weeks in advance, refund of deposit minus bank fees*
- Cancel less than two weeks in advance, we ask you to pay for the room in full unless we can book it to another, then full rate is refunded minus bank fees and $25 admin fee
*NOTE: All related bank charges will be deducted from refunded reservation deposit, which may be between three and seven percent of the amount charged depending on credit card merchant.
