- Smoking Policy: Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will have their reservations cancelled immediately. The balance of their room rental monies will be forfeited. Further, we will be compensated for lost revenue by smokers whose smoking renders a room unacceptable for incoming guests.
- Breakfast is served between 8 AM and 10 AM.
- Check in after 3 PM to 6 PM -- Check out 11 AM
- We are a small Inn and have minimal staff, therefore we plan our days around check in (3 to 6 PM) and check out (11 AM) times. If you are going to be delayed for check in, please give us a courtesy call (518-861-0200).
- Our room rates (see room description section) are based on one or two person accommodations. Extra person (over the age of eight) is $250 additional per night. Additional people arriving with no reservation may not be accommodated.
- Customers using outside recreational facilities and services do so at their own risk, additional Services offered to customers are used at their own risk whether performed in house or outside.
- DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS:
We will hold your room with a valid credit card number.
If you must cancel your reservation we would like a two week notice, Please give us a courtesy call (518-861-0200). We have many inquiries especially for Friday, Saturday nights and special events in the Albany area. We do not take a deposit and rely on the honor system. We Thanks You for honoring our two week cancellation policy.
