Introduction
Allan's Hill Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance of the Finger Lakes Trail,
Greenway Trail and the Mt. Morris Dam.
Sixteen acres of land surround this restored 1830 country home, giving
guests the chance to sit by the pond, bass fish in the pond, and go
bird-watching and cross-country skiing. Letchworth State Park offers
a spectacular, 17-mile hike or drive along the gorge of the Genessee River.

Writers of Outdoor Traveler have named nearby Letchworth State
Park the best of Eight Great State Park Hikes--calling it
"a hiking mecca for everyone."
Activities include guided hiking tours, two swimming pools, hot-air ballooning,
white water rafting, kayaking and canoeing. The Park and Arts Council for
Wyoming County present the Annual Letchworth Arts and Crafts Show and Sale
every year on Columbus Day weekend. Snowmobiling, X country skiing, tubing
and sledding are enjoyed by the winter enthusiasts.
Allan's Hill B&B, located 35 miles south of Rochester, offers two guest
rooms with private or semi-private bath. We either have one room with private
bath or 2 rooms that share that bath.
Allan's Hill B&B is a smoke-free environment indoors. (Smoking is permitted outdoors and on the porch.)

Mt. Morris Dam is the largest concrete dam east of the Mississippi,
free tours are given.
Hiking and/or Biking on the Finger Lakes Trail and Greenway Trail.
Nearby stables offer trail rides and lessons for horseback riders.
Genesee Country Museum, the 3rd largest living history museum in the
nation surpassing even the renowned Old Sturbridge Village, is a short drive away.
The area's wineries will lure you with tours and tasting.
Rochester, with its museums, shops, concerts and theaters, is within easy driving
distance.
Visit Abbey of the Genesee, home of the famous "Monks Bread"
Cloistered Trappist Monks live in a quiet life of prayer, contemplation and
baking bread. Vigil and prayer services from 2:25 a.m.-6:40 p.m.
