Peak season bookings entail a no refund policy; refunds will be given if and to the extent we are able to re-book the room(s). If payment is due for the reserved room(s) we will collect if by * charging your card. Sorry, rescheduling using this**payment is not an option.
  
• Two week cancellation policy: When a cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the date of your reservation we will collect by *charging your card.
