• You will receive a confirmation letter via email once your reservation has been confirmed.

• The total bill is payable upon arrival, (one month in advance for holiday periods).
  • Payment will be accepted in cash (USD), traveler's checks (USD), or credit card.
  • If paying by personal check, the check must arrive five business days prior to the guest's arrival.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club cards.
• Check in time is 2 p.m. Early check-ins are possible for registration only.
• Check out time is 12 noon.
• Mature, quiet guests are preferred.
• Smoking is not allowed in the room.
• No pets are allowed.
• During regular periods, cancellations must be made at least four days prior to check in.
  • During holiday periods cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
  • Reservations made for December 17 through January 3 must be canceled by December 1.
  • A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made during the accepted cancellation period.
  • Because of the uncertainty involved in filling rooms on short notice, patrons cancelling reservations after the acceptable period will be charged the full room rate plus tax for up to four nights, depending on the length of the reservation.
  • We will, however, credit patrons if we are able to re-let their rooms for the original reservation period.
