A hot breakfast is served daily and we alternate sweet & savory dishes. Cold cereal, fresh fruit, granola, & oatmeal are always available as well. 24 hour hot beverage service, coffee, tea, cocoa and cider.

All rates are for double occupancy.
Additional persons will be charged $35 per person.
State and County room occupancy tax of 13% will apply to all room rates.

Policies
  • Check in: 3 - 5 pm; Check out: 11 am Mon-Sat, 10:30am Sunday
  • We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you must cancel your reservation it is required that you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date so as to not incur any charges.
  • If less than thirty (30) but more than seven (7) days is given, a gift certificate in the amount of your deposit will be issued and may be used toward another visit within 12 months. Please note that some restrictions may apply.
  • The full amount of a reservation will be charged on all cancellations of 7 days or less. If we are able to re-book the rooms a portion of the reservation may be refunded at the discretion of the innkeeper.
  • 10 Fitch is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment therefore it is not an appropriate place for children under 16.
