Introduction

Imagine staying at your Irish grandmother’s house in Las Vegas! Guests have said the décor reminds them of happy times they had when they visited their favorite grandmother or aunt in Boston. This B&B was built in the 1950's and has the oldest standing sycamore tree in Clark County in the front yard. It is in the quiet John S. Park Neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a few blocks from the glitter and glamour found in the entertainment capital of the world. The hostess is very warm and pleasant and is a former interior designer who spent her childhood days in Boston and her school days in Seattle. The interior has "vintage charm", reminiscent of 1920's Boston, and the bedrooms have luxury linens and décor which is changed with the seasons. Room 1

Outside year-round spa. Welcome tea tray by the fireplace or on the veranda. Rollaway available. The B & B is conveniently located 4 blocks east of Las Vegas Blvd. between the "Strip" and downtown.

Rates and Policies
  • Rates: $70
  • Breakfast: After consulting with her guests, some of the specialties your chef-hostess might offer are coffee made from Starbucks coffee beans, any tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt with fresh strawberries or seasonal fruit, Irish oats with cream and brown sugar, home-baked breads, eggs benedict, Irish cheese omelet, waffles, pancakes, Irish potatoes, English muffins with jam or cream cheese as well as gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free specialties if desired.
  • Minimum stay: Prefer 2 nights week-ends
  • Restrictions: Smoking outside, no pets, infants or children 10 years or older. One child per guest stay.
  • Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation.
  • The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
  • At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
  • For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
  • For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Check in and Check out flexible.
