Historic Genoa, near Lake Tahoe and Carson City in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, is Nevada's oldest settlement. Snuggled against the Sierra foothills, Genoa is a vision of the Old West, with a panoramic view of the lush Carson Valley and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Come to Genoa, where Nevada began. The Genoa House Inn, an authentic Victorian home, has been restored to the charm and tranquility of an earlier time. The Genoa House is open year round and features three beautiful rooms, each with private bath; one has Jacuzzi tub. Early in the morning, your choice of coffee or tea is delivered to your door, followed by a full breakfast served either in your room or in the sunlit dining room.

We can accommodate your special event needs:

Meetings/retreats of up to 8 people - $100 per day with 3-room rental, $250 without
Weddings/receptions of up to 20 people - $200 per day with 3-room rental, $500 without

*The Rose Room* Hand-made barn wood queen bed, Victorian antiques, private balcony and large, stained glass windows.	*The Blue Room* Antiques Mahogany queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi and overhead shower.	*The Garden Room* Queen bed, covered porch with private entrance, clawfoot bathtub.

Rates and Information

Rates are for double occupancy.
$25 will be added for additional people or beds.
Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
20% discount for 4 or more nights.
Add 10% Room Tax.
Rose Room: $165, Mid-Week: $148.50, Special Events: $180
Blue and Garden Rooms: $150, Mid-Week: $135, Special Events: $165
Reservation is guaranteed with a credit card.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
Refunds will be made if cancellation notice is received 5 days prior to the date of arrival or 15 days prior for a holiday reservation. Outside the cancellation window, we will issue a gift certificate for the same room(s) and length of stay, valid for one year.
Smoking in outside areas only.
Not suitable for children under 12.
