Michele's French Country Cottage

A TV in the family room and a big screen TV in the living room are available for guests. All rooms have hi-speed internet and fine linens, non-allergy covers. Linens are changed every three days. The suites and rooms are each named after a grand-daughter. On the first floor, there is one suite, the Emily Noel. On the second floor there is one suite and three standard rooms. The three standard rooms share a hall bath and are limited to one party. If a guest prefers a standard room, the hall bath can be private. Sometimes two couples or a family are willing to share the hall bath.

• Location: Flamingo and Twain off Mountain Vista. Five miles from the Strip and airport.
• Host interests: Family, hosting, she gives cooking classes, demonstrations. She has written two cook books and enjoys needlework.
• Breakfast: Gourmet, served from 6 a.m.-10 a.m. Diet restrictions, allergies no problem.
• Maximum number of guests: 10
• Minimum stay: Two nights, or two rooms, one night.
• Restrictions: Smoking on the covered (not enclosed) patio outside only. Children welcome. (High chair, portacrib available.)
• Pet dog possible: Two kennels in garage which has heat or air-conditioning. Dog run in back yard.

• Deposit: Pre-payment of fifty percent on stays plus the one-time reservation service fee of $10 is required at the time reservation is made.
• Cancellations: For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 7 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Check-in: 4-6 p.m. unless special arrangements are made with host
• Check-out: 12 noon
• Near Public Transportation: One block.
• Meeting facilities: The glass-enclosed patio is appropriate for small meetings (up to 25 people) as it has heat and air-conditioning.
• Lightly handicapped possible: in first floor suite.
• Foreign languages spoken: French, German
• Credit Cards: All major credit cards.
• Chemically sensitive: Does not use pesticides. But does have home-made scentless and scented soaps and potpourri.
