The Dining Room Restaurant serves fresh Nova Scotia seafood in daily-changing fixed menus inspired by the French New World, including Cajun, Creole, and local Acadian specialties. Salmon, scallops, halibut, haddock, tuna, shark, and other seafood pulled straight from the sea just hours before; wild chanterelles, porcini, or seabeans; garden-fresh organic produce; and always homemade breads and desserts form a part of every candlelit dinner.

Trout Point Lodge was chosen for National Geographic Traveler's "Stay List" and has been recommended by Condé Nast Johansens for 2008-2009.
The Great Lodge has eight junior suites and one full suite, all with full baths and one queen or two double beds. All rooms have river views & many have wood burning fireplaces or stoves. Each room provides a writing desk and Bose CD/radios. A handicapped equipped & accessible room is available. The Great Room, porches, patios, decks, breezeways, & mezzanine library provide space for relaxing & enjoying the pristine woods, wildlife, & water surrounding you.
The River Bend Lodge is a large, chalet style house with four double to quadruple occupancy bedrooms and four and a half baths. The Lodge overlooks a beautiful portion of the Tusket River, and features a large deck, fireplace, kitchen, and spacious living room with cathedral ceilings. The house can sleep up to fourteen people.
The Black Bear Cottage is a spacious two bedroom house with one master bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and adjacent bathroom, a full kitchen, and a cathedral ceiling living room overlooking East Meadow Lake, about a ten minute walk from the Great Lodge. This cedar-shingled cottage also has an enclosed porch, deck, and a fireplace.
