The Halliburton was built in 1809 as home of Sir Burton Halliburton, Chief Justice of the Nova Scotia Supreme Court. Today this registered heritage property is Halifax's finest inn. Historic attractions, shopping and the Halifax Waterfront are a leisurely walk from our front doorstep. Our twenty-eight non-smoking guestrooms are tastefully furnished with period antiques and all have a private bath. Our dining room offers relaxed and elegant surroundings for dinner.
