Our generous breakfasts feature a hot entrée such as enchiladas, southwestern frittatas, pancakes, waffles or other delights. Wine and cheese are served each evening at Hacienda Nicholas - under a canopy of stars in the garden courtyard, or in front of a crackling fire in the inn's great room - a perfect time to chat with the innkeeper and your fellow guests. Also available all afternoon and evening are lemonade, hot and iced teas, and an overflowing platter of homemade cookies. Guests praise our regional cuisine, tasty muffins, morning salad of seasonal fruit, the Inn's special granola and our organic breads.
