• A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay will be charged at time of reservation.
• All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee.
• Reservations and rates are confirmed based upon your length of stay.
• Some dates and times of the year have minimum stay requirements.
• Changing reservations or length of stay after initial reservation may change the rate and/or availability of rooms.
• Reservations cancelled more than 10 days in advance of arrival date will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of arrival date forfeit their deposit, or receive a voucher to apply toward a future stay.
• 30-day cancellation for holidays and special events.
• All cancellation charges are pending inn's ability to re-rent the room.
• Reservations guaranteed with a credit card will warrant any cancellation fees charged to that card.
• Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
